NOW HIRING: Bilingual DD Coordinator (English/Spanish )

Make an Impact
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual DD Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to join our team! You'll help support individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring smooth operations, billing, staffing coordination, and compliance-all while providing culturally responsive communication to our diverse member base

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the DD leadership team
• Process payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and team members
• Maintain required documentation and certifications
• Attend member planning meetings, both remotely and in person
• Help ensure timely communication and service delivery in both languages
• Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and inspection

Minimum Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in administrative roles or human services
• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel within the Valley
• Must be 18+, able to pass background check, and obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card
