Focus Auto Service, established for one year+, has rapidly grown to offer over 120+ vehicles in our inventory and an average of 80+ sales per month. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work environment supported by a professional team, including an in-branch DMV representative, a finance department with over 30+ years of experience, in-house auto insurance and a service department boasting 15+ years of expertise. Our sales team, with a decade of experience, is fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish.

Due to our significant success, we are looking to add a few motivated sales representatives to our team immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects using their preferred communication method (phone, email, text, or in person).
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking insightful questions and listening attentively to their needs.
• Regularly check emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide detailed information about optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and navigate all steps of the sales process in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in vehicle sales or customer service
• Valid CA driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to achieving sales goals

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Benefits:

• Complimentary lunch provided daily
• Bonuses and commissions have the potential to double, triple, or even exceed the base salary. On average, sales earn between $6,000 - $15,000+ per month

Experience Level: 1 year or more in auto sales business

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay Types:
