Premier Auto Body is growing and looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our

team. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and want steady work in a professional

shop, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs

 Repair or replace body panels, bumpers, doors, and related components

 Follow approved estimates and repair orders (no guesswork)

 Identify and report hidden damage for supplements

 Ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality before moving vehicles forward

 Work closely with estimators, parts, paint, and mechanical teams

 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

 Collision/body repair experience preferred

 Ability to read and follow repair orders and estimates

 Attention to detail and pride in quality work

 Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Welding and frame experience a plus (not required)
