Our client in East Chicago, IN is looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Production Workers to join their team. If you're ready to help create products that matter, we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements Include:

• Ability to work a rotating weekend shift.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar environment, and able to fully process 65 units per hour.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have 6-months of consistent work history within the last 12-months for the same employer.
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
• Davis Staffing, Inc. participates in the E-verify program.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble products on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools as needed for assembly tasks.
• Pick orders, place labels, and fabricate components as required for production processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and equipment.
• Other job duties assigned by management team.

Job Details Include:

• $17.50 per hour.
• B-Crew: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00PM - 4:30AM with OT as needed.
• C-Crew: Friday and Saturday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM and Sunday and Monday, 6:00PM - 4:30AM with OT as needed.
• Temp-to-Hire
