Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a career-minded Working 1st Shift Supervisor to oversee the production of light gauge steel trusses in our East Dublin Georgia Plant. Responsible for maintaining open communication, coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team, while also working alongside employees.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
• Self-starter, requiring little to no direction
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• High school diploma or equivalent education
